VINTAGE ITEMS FROM OUR THIRD TWIN LLC:

Shipping for our items defaults to USPS  or UPS Ground. Expedited shipping can be requested, additional shipping charged will apply. Let us know BEFORE placing your order so we can calculate your expedited shipping options. If you have a specific shipper or service type that you request, please notify us BEFORE placing your order. We will create a custom cart for you and include the shipping based on your request. Items shipped with USPS or UPS have insurance up to $100 included in the shipping cost. If additional insurance is needed it will be included in your shipping total. 

We default to recycled packaging when possible. Due to the nature of vintage items we ensure VERY SAFE packing. We utilize packing materials to ensure safe transit of your items. 

SHIPPING LOCATIONS:  Currently we only ship to the US & Canada.

How do I utilize/where do I enter a discount code? 

You can enter the discount code into the "discount code" box in the checkout option. When you are logging in from a desktop or notebook the discount code box will be in the right hand side of the screen about your subtotal. If you are utilizing a mobile phone the discount box is found in the "show order summary" that is to the left of your total and just under the logo. When you click on the blue cart "Show order summary" it will drop down and give you a discount code box. Enter the code and press the gray arrow for the discount code to apply. 

Please note some discounts can be combined, but not all. During checkout if there is a situation where you have two discount codes that can not be combined, the best offer will be applied by the system automatically. If you amend the items in your order and one of the discounts no longer applies, it will default back to the one that now applies. Discounts are limited time offers and can change without notice.

For our Vintage items we no longer offer an OPEN BOX OPTION. You complete your order through the site and the order processes today, and you can continue to purchase items for up to 30 days or until the box is full. For open box shipping options, in the discount code box at checkout enter: IAGREETOOPENBOXTERMS

OPEN BOX TERMS: When using this code I agree to pay a separate final combined shipping invoice once my box is closed and shipping is calculated. 

Items are pulled from our inventory and reserved for your based on your processed order. We can then continue to add additional ordered/processed items to the box until it is full, you ask for it to be sent, or up to 30 days, which ever comes first. Once all additional items have been purchased and the box is closed we will calculate the final shipping total and a final invoice will be sent to include shipping. All tracking information is attached to each order and sent via email once all items & shipping have been paid and the box is sealed. 

Please note: Some items based on size or weight may not be added to an open box. In that case we may still be able to get a discounted rate based on box size, weight and distance shipped. We will notify you of that situation if an item is processed/ordered and needs it own box to ensure the safe travel of the other items in your current open box.

For any item NOT utilizing an open box option, shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process in the checkout screen. We utilize the US Postal Service for as many items as possible. The tracking is provided via email once the item is shipped.  Due to the nature of vintage items and to ensure adequate protection of fragile items, it can take up to 7-10 business days to pack your order. Orders process when you complete your purchase, and take 7-10 business days to ship. Shipping times are determined based on the method of shipping chosen at the time order is placed. Most items will ship US Postal service with tracking provided once the order ships.  

Unless specifically noted, our Vintage items do not qualify for free shipping promotions due to the care we need to take in order to protect the items. OPEN BOX SHIPPING is not a free shipping option, you are agreeing to pay the combined shipping once all items are processed and the box is sealed & weighed.
