Refund policy
VINTAGE items from Our Third Twin LLC: These item are vintage or antique and are previously owned. Due to the age and nature of vintage/antique items, they are final sale & non-returnable. We have done our very best to note any and all damage, imperfections, flaws, chips etc. Basically anything that we see of note will be noted in the instagram live sale OR found in the description and or pictures to the best of our ability! Before you order, if you have any questions on disclaimers, dimensions, or would like to request additional information or pictures, please feel free to reach out to us. Pictures are considered a part of the description. Please ensure you are looking at ALL photos in the listing.
Note that we do not issue refunds for original shipping or reimburse for return shipping, if an exception is approved, refunds would be for the original product amount only.
Damaged in shipping or wrong item received: Please notify us as soon as you receive your package. Make sure to take pictures of the original outside box showing the damage as well as the damaged items. So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, please make sure to take photos of the outside box with any damage as well as the inside of the box and the items. Those are mandatory to file a claim for the shipping company. KEEP ALL PACKAGING in case the shipper needs to inspect the box/items. Exclusions / exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as vintage or antique items, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
