VINTAGE ITEMS FROM OUR THIRD TWIN LLC: Due to the Nature of second hand, vintage & antique items, these items are non-returnable. These items may have use and signs of wear due to the age and previously owned status of the items. The signs of use or wear do not qualify for a refund or discount, they are typically found in previously owned items. If you have questions please notify us before you purchase the items. We are NOT appraisers or antique experts. We have verified items to the best of our ability, but do not guarantee the items authenticity. We have represented everything based on extensive research. If you have any questions, need to see additional pictures or want any further explanation before purchasing the items, contact us and we would be happy to provide what we can to answer as many questions as possible. 

 

CANDLE VESSELS PURCHASED FROM OUR THIRD TWIN LLC: For any item you purchase from Our Third Twin LLC that you intend to utilize as a candle is done at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for the item being candled. If we are notified ahead of time we may be able to check for heat reliability of the vessel, but can not guarantee. 

Make sure to follow all candle care instructions provided from the candle maker. All candle care is the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the items being used as candles. When purchasing the vessel you release Our Third Twin LLC from any liability of the use or misuse of the vessel as a candle.

When you purchase a vessel, this is an empty vessel price. You are responsible for paying the candle maker directly for the candle maker's current wax price based on the volume of the vessel and for the shipping cost from the candle maker to you. Our Third Twin LLC does not charge you for the wax or shipping cost from the candle maker back to you for the final candled vessel. 

All items are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased. If the item is damaged in shipping to the candle maker, we will file a claim with the shipper and you will be refunded for the item and shipping. If there is damage during shipping between the candle maker back to you, please work directly with the candle maker based on their policies.

 

PARTIAL CLAIMS: If your items were priced with a bundled discount and all items in the bundle are not purchased the discounted bundle price is voided and all items go back to the original price. We reserve the right to cancel & refund your order if all bundled discounted items are not purchased together. Failure to complete bundled purchases may result in an inability to continue ordering from our shop in the future. 

Items that have an automatic discount attached to a bundled package will show up in the cart at checkout. If all items in the bundle are not added to the cart the discount will not be activated. Items can be purchased separately for the full price. 

 

INSTAGRAM LIVE SALES & POST or DM CLAIM POLICIES & PALM STREET CLAIMS: All policies that govern our Instagram Live sales, POST or DM claims or Palm Street claims are listed in the policy post pinned to the top of our Instagram account & under shop guidelines in Palm Street account. All claims made through Instagram live sales and post claims or Palm Street Live sales are subject to these policies.
